When One Adventure Leads to Another

I admit, I have more than a lifetime of trips planned in my head.  Since I was a teenager, I have mostly read accounts of other’s adventures and logged those away on my travel list.  I started rafting across the Pacific with Kon Tiki and Reinhold Messner’s accounts of mountain climbing but nothing has changed.DSC_0179

If I see a signpost, I am wondering about the other trail.

When I see a lake or mountain in the distance, I am thinking about returning to explore the area not seen.  When I am on one trip, I am usually discovering the next.  DSC_0050Unfortunately, I am always short on time and money; never dreams.
